before the return, there is Living Forest RV Park (private) south of Nanaimo near Duke Point.īefore Nanaimo there is Little Qualicum Falls PP that has a campground with trails to explore the waterfalls. If you want a full service site, so you can clean your tanks etc. So for the 5 nights working backwards □ there are a number of campground near Nanaimo that could be good for the last days before taking the Duke Point to Tsawwassen ferry which is near the RV depot in Delta. With a 10 day rental you really only have 9 nights so spending 4 nights on the west coast does not leave you much to explore the rest of central Island and really not enough time to go North Island (near Port McNeil) and you do not have time to include the Sunshine Coast and there are sani dumps station in the BC Parks and you can find other on this site Then you have private campgrounds on this site īC Parks does not have many sites with services but they do have water at taps nearby and washrooms but maybe not showers. If it is a long weekend there is a min of 3 nights so your dates of travel matter. Then you have to create an account on BC Parks (PP) which has a 4 month rolling window for reservations. ![]() There are private campground in Ucluelet and Tofino out side the park. Parks Canada is not open yet for reservations for Green Point as they are revamping their system so makes it a bit harder to plan early. ![]() You need to book all your campgrounds starting with the West Coast then you can set the rest of your trip. A few notes - in the process of planning an RV tripīest to travel with a 25ft which give you better access not at campgrounds but in the towns/cities- BC Parks has a up to 18 ft category then it jump to up to 32ft.
